The Hotel Building is an early-stage concept on the Waipuna Rise precinct masterplan, positioned near the Pavilion and green space. The initial bulk and location study by the architects outlines a nine-level hotel with 200 guest rooms, public amenities, food and beverage facilities, and premium apartments on the upper floors. Design, scale and timing are subject to future approvals — check back here as the concept develops.
